Apply gel to the top, apply a slight amount of pressure, finish the construction of your charge with rubber on the bottom, and tape/vinyl on top.

We recommend using these in conjunction with tamping gel to reduce the possibility of fragmentation being projected. With the combination of gel, these provided no more fragmentation than normal.

It is not a standalone product, instead it is intended to be used with a circular or square piece of rubber as a medium in conjunction with a tamping gel/agent.

The point of this product is to be able to build expedient charges as these are pre-loaded and kept in such a manner.

The Lollipop's primary function is to increase repeatable and consistent charge construction for long-term storage. With the placement of det cord in a dedicated placement channel that provides support of it's original shape and design, the operator no longer has to worry about the det cord rolling onto itself internally and cutting the charge (not fully detonating)

This has provided us consistent detonation in climates from 110ºF (130ºF inside a vehicle) all the way down to 20ºF without a charge being cut off from itself due to det cord rolling inside. The cord is no longer dependent on adhesives to retain it's original shape during construction to be used as intended. 

This lollipop templates also allows agencies to keep a rotating piece of rubber during training. Instead of constructing numerous charges prior to training, the team can rotate one or two pieces of rubber for training purposes by using lollipop templates to "hotswap" rubber mediums out for constructing charges. 

A hole in the middle allows for center priming, as well as det cord ending to the outermost edge for priming outside. 

This product produces minimal frag, however it is meant to be used with tamping elements at all times to reduce frag as much as possible. We encourage users to collect their own data on fragmentation prior to operational use. 

72in of 50gr is contained on a 6in Lollipop template, using a 4in priming tail; for user reference.
