Slide send-in work M&P M2.0

Send in your slide for custom work

Lead time is currently 6-8 weeks

-Pick and choose what work you wish to be performed on your slide.

-Slide must be sent in operational condition without missing internal parts. This is for testing purposes prior to shipment back to the customer.

-If sending a threaded barrel of your own and you wish to have chopped and recrowned, there is an additional $125 charge.

Every complete slide will pass our final QC by being test fired with three full magazines without failure. This is our standard. Your slide will show wear from being fired due to this process. If you prefer a safe queen without any sign of being fired, we are not your business.

-If you wish to have the work performed on a barrel you currently own, send it in with your slide.

-If chosing an Apex grade hand-fitted barrel, you must send in your locking block. If you do not provide one, we will supply a new OEM one at a $10 rate. You will be responsible for paying the extra incurred cost prior to us shipping the slide back to you.

     -Ed Brown threaded or non-threaded barrel with your choice of coating; Black nitride, TiN coating, or Spectrum. (No guarantee of accuracy with Ed Brown barrels)

     -SilencerCo Black Nitride threaded barrel

     -Griffin Armament Black Nitride threaded barrel

     -Apex grade hand-fitted barrel (+$250)

     -Apex grade hand-fitted threaded barrel (+$280)

-Apex grade options will require a locking block to match for custom fitment. Please send with your slide. 

--Slide machining and barrel porting ($249)

Service will entail machining a window into the top of the slide, and then a 5 or 7 port into the barrel using a laser for recoil mitigation. The 5 port tames recoil well, but the 7 port is the most predictable and heavy reduction of recoil on any pistol. The match slides from companies like Ed Brown with windows already established in the top of the slide DO NOT safely accommodate porting. It must be further milled to ensure proper porting tolerances. This service must be performed on these slides, and there is no way to shortcut it by simply porting a barrel and installing it.

--Upgraded failure resistant extractor (+$55)

We only recommend changing these if you're having problems with empty casings being extracted from your chamber. 

--Serrated backplate for slide (+$25)

One of those finishing touches for aesthetics and made of aluminum. 

--Ed Brown skeletonized striker (+$75)

Produced with less mass for a faster lock time and a lighter trigger pull. This is not needed, but when you are looking to squeeze every ounce of performance out, this would be the last part to upgrade. We will use your stock striker springs and hardware to install this part. Your OEM striker will be returned with your slide setup.

--Barrel flush and crown service (+$105)

Service provides a protective edge around the bore of your barrel and provides a reduced length of the barrel. This will create a flushed look of the barrel into your slide.

--Captive stainless steel guide rod with flat wire ISMI spring

Spring selection based on frame type and compensator/porting selection.

Guide rod is user-servicable and will interchange with any industry standard ISMI spring on the market made for the M&P M2.0 full size/compact models. This comes mandatory as a part of our package setups. It makes no sense to purchase a race car with street tires.

The slide and barrel need to be recoated after the laser/milling process. Barrel and slide can be two different colors. Detail your selection with your order or in an email with your order number attached.

--"The Works"

    -This option is for 1.0 & 2.0 slides that do NOT have front slide serrations from the factory or an optic cut. It includes the optic cut, serrations, side slide ports, the inlays, and the mouth cut.*

*Certain optic cuts will require the removal of the rear sight. A new Glock rear dovetail will be milled.

Glock dovetail milling will be included in price. You are responsible for providing your own sights or purchasing them through us.

For the tightest tolerance optic fitment, please send in your optic to be fitted to the milling. If you're purchasing an optic through us, this will be performed with the optic.
