Made of PA612-CF (carbon fiber reinforced long-chain copolyamide)
These are not to be confused with cheap plastics typically found in hardware
These are adapters for 1in webbing. Each end is shaped in such a way that it "captures" 1 in of webbing unless there is an intent to remove it from the clip. The design also allows you to quickly undo webbing if the user wishes, similar to a G-hook. This was a resolution to close-looped placards that limit the removal of hardware for the replacement of low-profile hardware.
Combine these with 4 inches/10cm of One Wrap Velcro to allow the conversion of your magazine placard into an adjustable ride height variant.
Both ends are identically shaped to allow the end user to tie into closed-ended loops of webbing, including molle.
