These dual initiator couplers are our simple answer to a simple problem
We decided to take a rudimentary approach to keeping our M81's coupled as a pair when building a firing system.
We typically keep our setups in a stowed fashion and prepped for hasty use pending a needed deployment. When stowed, we use One Wrap velcro to keep the system a neat bundle. These M81 couplers pair perfectly with a piece One Wrap.
By simply attaching the male velcro side of the coupler to the female side of the One Wrap velcro, you have a ready-made system that stays together.
Ready to use the firing system and outfit your kit? Pull the M81 coupler off of the One Wrap, attach the coupler to female velcro commonly found everywhere (breacher bags, fanny packs, etc.), stow your shocktube bundle - and you're set.
We had these made to perfectly fit the middle of an M81 to eliminate any accidental falling out. To remove them from the coupler, must be done intentionally.
Not a product to change the breaching world, simply one to better organize the madness.
