Concealed carriers rejoice with our custom stippled backstraps. No more texture burns from the sandpaper-like grip against your skin. These are more textured than 1.0 backstraps, but less textured than 2.0. These are also ideal for concealed carriers who are fat and have chafing issues due to skin interaction with the grip. After trying several different patterns and working with numerous professional stippling companies, we were able to find the best patterns for overall use. These stippling patterns not only look spectacular, they provide an even and predictable grip everytime it's grasped. The Diamondplate Industrial Checkering will tear your dainty hands apart. This provides grip in the most extreme environment, but feels less controlled and predictable due to loss of surface area connectivity. Very large hands with sausage fingers will enjoy this grip, as it relies on biting into the skin more harshly to achieve a better grip.

M&p diamond plate stippled backstrap
Man they weren't kidding when they said these were aggressive. If you are looking to build calluses and palms of steel these are your grips. If not get one of their other textures. Great quality and I got them pretty quick.I am ordering their DNA collector grips for my carry comp next check. Absolutely recommend these grips.

M&P Stippled Backstrap
I’ve always liked my M&P pistols for their reliability and ergonomics, but the factory grip texture never really worked for me. For my preference, it felt a bit too sandpaper-like—either too mild in some conditions or just not the right kind of traction overall. I decided to try a hex-pattern grip upgrade, and the difference was immediate. The texture feels more intentional and consistent, giving me a secure grip without that overly abrasive, gritty feel. It provides solid control while still being comfortable during extended range sessions. After installing it on one pistol and seeing how much it improved handling, I ended up adding the same upgrade to my second M&P as well. At this point, I wouldn’t go back to the stock texture. If you like the M&P platform but aren’t a fan of the factory grip feel, this is definitely a worthwhile upgrade.

No Brainer
This backstrap is absolutely awesome. Picked it up for my new Competitor HD steel frame. Went with the aggressive pattern and love it. Primarily going to be used for USPSA match shooting.

DNA Collector/Diamondplate
Diamondplate starts to hurt after awhile ?, DNA collector is perfect. I personally think it adds more coverage/connection to your hand vs the Diamondplate. The "circles" are smaller and more compared to Diamondplate.

M&P Stippled Backstrap
Ordered the most aggressive textured backstrap. It is 'aggressive' and it is exactly what I was hoping for when I purchased the backstrap. I was able to 'adjust' the backstrap to my preference easily with sandpaper. Definitely worth it and does really secure my grip.
