We were unable to find anything commercially sold that fit the bill for these tools. We tried two companies' products that put an effort into churching these up, and this still ended up being the best option for us.
We assembled these using the highest grade components we were able to locate. Not only can you bypass the time to make them, but you can rest assured that we produced these using far better components than what we have used for ourselves. Simple product - overbuilt.
-3/8 Marine-grade shock cord
-Connections covered by high-grade adhesive lined shrink tube
-2.3" zinc alloy lobster clasp coated for corrosion resistance
-Nite-Ize 25lb S-style carabiner
-Black nylon coated 2mm stainless steel wire loop

-These will now be shipped with a fabric sleeve to cover the lobster claw to prevent damage to your other gear.
Shock Cord measures 32" from loop to loop, providing versatility for adjustment.
The carabiner hooks onto a molle loop on the back of a plate carrier. The Nite-Ize was chosen due to its flat profile and proven design. If it's being run behind packs or breacher panels, it will be less obstructive.
The sling is then routed up the back of the plate carrier and ran through the two included one wrap velcro strips, which will attach to your shoulder strap of the plate carrier.
The nylon coated wire loop will be ran through the sling loop on the pistol grip of the breaching tool. Nylon coating was chosen to prevent wear on the grip.
The lobster clasp allows the user to quickly unhook from the rig, also allowing the user to leave the sling attached to their plate carrier.
You can make these at home. We have them because nobody else sold them already assembled, which would have saved us some aggravation.
