EZ Load covers are made from a different material that allows much faster loading of shocktube. We are phasing out our old material. EZ Load is the premier material for a reason.
EZ Load tips aid in the loading process and prevent the line from fraying over time. Also much easier to unload spent tubing from the cover.

We sought on a quest to unfuck the deployment of shocktube and get off the X quicker.
Using a braided & protective cover, we were able to combine dual shocktube lines in a singular fashion. Running a dual primed charge during operations just became a whole lot safer!
These can be used with singular shocktube lines also for training or simple IDC's - whatever your heart desires.
These naturally deploy without any sort of tangling. Pull the shocktube bundle out and drop it while walking back to your MSD without fighting your lines.
No more electrical taping your lines together. No more hour long prepping of your dual primed firing system for operations.
Slide your two lines of shocktube in, work the covering all the way down to the blasting cap, E-tape the covering to the shocktube on each end - and done.
It adds very little bulk to the bundle as well.

Not only does this cover protect nonel, it allows a rapid deployment without any tangling.
This adds minimal bulk to the firing system, takes less time to prep versus E-taping the entire length of the tubing, and ultimately allows the user to get off the X quicker and to their MSD.
For size reference, once completed, a dual primed 30ft system still fits inside of a Soileater Shocktube Retention setup.
It's reusable nature allows the user to remove the tape from each end and pull the used tubing out. Constructed of high temperature materials and durable construction allow numerous shots to be pulled with a single cover.
We offer this in 30 / 50 / 100ft lengths to fit MIL & LE requirements.
The line is reusable even when the charge is complete. We used high-temp coverings for the line which makes it reusable.
Remove the tape at each end, slide the deployment cover off the line. And it's ready for another install.
Operating temps: -90°F to 250°F
Melting temp: 450°F/250°C
Length of the covering is roughly 28-30ft. The cover should stop before the ends of the shocktube.

Lifesaver - literally
I've been waiting to write a review until an internal investigation was completed on my agency's end. I'm confident that this product helped keep me alive when I placed a charge and moved to my MSD. We had a suspect open a door in a cramped space during my movement to the MSD, and my cover officer was unable to fit and pin the door, so he was not in the picture. The suspect opened fire during my move to the MSD, but thankfully, I was moving quickly due to this cover, which gave me confidence in its ability to never tangle. This allowed me to be twice the distance away from the breach point than I typically would have been, reducing the suspect's accuracy and allowing me to go home to my family that morning. Since then, we have made a bulk order to keep these on pre-made units we keep in our vehicles for rapid deployment.

Awesome product
The ez load works well. I haven’t got to try out the regular one yet but I will soon and I’m sure I will like it for the fact of what the product does- get you off the X faster.
